As a Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2004, I have appraised several thousand properties for hundreds of clients. Appraisals for all assignment types have been performed for reasons which include market valuation, purchases, refinances, wills, trusts, divorce, retroactive probate, tax settlements, and REO (Real Estate Owned/Bank Owned) properties. With references and recently completed sample appraisals available for review upon request, the quality of my work has always been in the top percentile of any company I have associated with, is UAD compliant, performed to the most stringent, current Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac standards and is able to stand solidly in the eyes of any bank, reputable appraiser, appraisal reviewer or court of law.
