Is Clearbox Pro the only thing I pay for?
No. Pro is membership — PDQ, Fee Surveys, a background check, and 10 included UAD 3.6 scans. Extra scans, Recruit credits, and InstaCheck bill when you use them.
What's included with Clearbox Pro?
$99/year covers 10 UAD 3.6 scans, a background check, PDQ training and badge, Fee Surveys, and member support.
How does BoxLi pricing work?
Floor plans and photos are always free. A UAD 3.6 scan is $20 per property, and rescanning that property is free. Every new account gets one free UAD 3.6 scan, and Clearbox Pro includes 10 each year.
Does PDQ cost extra?
No standalone PDQ purchase. Training and the badge come with Clearbox Pro.
What about Recruit and InstaCheck?
InstaCheck is a one-time $49 order. Recruit is part of Workforce Intelligence: $299/month with 400 credits, Background Checks and the full Fee Survey, starting with a 14-day free trial. Need more? Recruit 1,000 ($499/month) and Recruit 2,500 ($999/month) are month-to-month.
